The Occult review published extensive reviews of the periodic literature and books of interest to Occultists. It offered a wide range of Occult topics which included telepathy, hauntings, spiritualism, hypnotism, alchemy, astrology, and other Hermetic subjects. It’s monthly publication ran from 1905-1951 and it’s contributors were a veritable Who’s Who of the Occult world from that period. Articles include: A Dream with a Curious Sequel by Alice Cunninghame; Irish Charms and Incantations for the Cure of Disease by Michael Macdonagh; The Doctrine of Transcendence and Emanation in Jewish Mysticism by Sijil Abdul-Ali; and A Logic of Magic by Arthur Edward Waite among others.
