Very good plus. Binding tight. Covers bright. Nearly no age darkening on pages. Incredibly minimal wear on covers and spine. Some slight age darkening on back cover along bottom. Creases on covers near spine, but none on spine itself. Some light, gentle, unobtrusive creasing on back cover upper left corner, and front cover near bottom.
